Order food or an errand and follow delivery step by step.

   Open TCHAHIT, choose language and area, then check availability.

   Enter your name and phone to order. Sign in when using an account; use guest mode if available.

   For food: select store, items, quantities and instructions, then review the cart.

   For errands: specify items, location, budget and substitution rules. Approve extra spending before purchase.

   Set the address, review item costs, service and delivery fees and the total, then confirm.

   Follow acceptance, preparation and delivery. Check errand receipts; tracking needs Internet and may be delayed.

   At delivery, check your order and the agreed amount, then pay cash. Share the delivery code only after you have received your order; report any issue from the order page.

   Manage data in Privacy. To delete, use the account deletion page.
