Method
يُحضَّر عجين رخو من الدقيق والماء.
يُسحب ويُطوى مرارًا مع نشا حتى تتكوّن خيوط رفيعة تشبه الحرير.
تُحشى الخيوط بالمكسرات المطحونة المخلوطة بالسكر وماء الورد وتُشكَّل قطعًا صغيرة.
