يُتبَّل اللحم بالبصل والثوم والبهارات ويُترك لينقع.
يُنظَّم على الأسياخ الطويلة المسطحة.
يُشوى على الفحم حتى ينضج ويُقدَّم مع النان الأفغاني والبصل النيء.
