Method
يُغلى الماء في الإبريق السفلي من إبريق الشاي المزدوج (تشايدانليك).
تُوضع أوراق الشاي في الإبريق العلوي مع القليل من الماء الساخن وتُترك تنقع فوق بخار الإبريق السفلي.
يُقدَّم مركزًا في أكواب زجاجية صغيرة رفيعة، ويُخفف بالماء الساخن حسب الرغبة.
