Method
يُنظف الحمام جيدًا من الداخل والخارج.
يُحضّر حشو الفريك أو الأرز مع اللحمة المفرومة أو الكبدة المقطعة صغيرًا والبصل والبهارات والسمنة.
يُحشى الحمام بالخليط ويُغلق جيدًا.
يُشوى الحمام في الفرن أو يُقلى في زيت عميق حتى يحمر جلده ويصبح مقرمشًا وينضج من الداخل.
