يُسخَّن الحليب في قدر صغير دون الوصول للغليان.
تُضاف ملعقتان إلى ثلاث ملاعق من مسحوق الأوفومالتين تدريجيًا.
يُخفَق المزيج جيدًا حتى يذوب المسحوق ويصبح رغويًا.
يُضاف السكر ويُخفَق مجددًا لثوانٍ.
