Method
ضع 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة من القهوة المطحونة في المصفاة المعدنية فوق كوب يحتوي على ملعقتين من الحليب المكثف.
اسكب القليل من الماء الساخن جدًا فوق القهوة ودعها 'تتفتح' 30 ثانية.
املأ المصفاة بالماء الساخن حتى الحافة وغطِّها، ودعها تتقطّر ببطء عبر القهوة 4-5 دقائق حتى يمتلئ الكوب بقهوة داكنة مركّزة.
قلّب القهوة مع الحليب المكثف في القاع حتى يتجانسا تمامًا.
املأ كوبًا آخر بمكعبات الثلج واسكب القهوة المحلّاة فوقها، وقدّمها فورًا باردة.
