Method
Mix the barley flour with the wheat flour, yeast and salt.
Knead, adding the water gradually, until the dough holds together (barley dough is slightly coarser than regular wheat dough).
Let it rise, then shape into loaves.
Bake in a hot oven until fully cooked.
