Method
تُنقع أكياس أو أوراق شاي الروبيوس في الماء المغلي مع عصا القرفة والقرنفل لمدة 5-7 دقائق.
يُرفع الشاي عن النار ويُترك ليبرد تمامًا في درجة حرارة الغرفة.
يُصفّى الشاي ويُحلّى بالعسل أو السكر حسب الرغبة.
يُضاف عصير البرتقال الطازج إلى الشاي البارد ويُحرّك جيدًا.
