Method
Dissolve the starch or ground rice in a little cold milk.
Bring the rest of the milk to a boil with the sugar, then gradually add the starch mixture, stirring constantly.
Let it thicken over low heat, then add the orange blossom water.
Pour into cups and, once cooled, garnish with cinnamon or pistachios.
