Method
تُقشَّر أعواد قصب السكر الطازجة وتُنظَّف من القشرة الخارجية.
تُقطَّع إلى قطع طويلة مناسبة لآلة العصر التقليدية.
تُمرَّر القطع عدة مرات بين أسطوانات آلة العصر اليدوية أو الكهربائية لاستخراج أكبر كمية من العصير.
يُصفَّى العصير من الألياف المتبقية بمصفاة ناعمة.
يُقدَّم فورًا مع الثلج وقليل من عصير الليمون؛ ويُعد من أكثر المشروبات الشعبية انتشارًا في شوارع يانغون ومدن ميانمار، حيث يُباع طازجًا من عربات الباعة المتجولين طوال اليوم.
